Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is Park Boulevard.
  2. Our competitions are limited to South African residents residing in KZN, 18 years and older, who are in possession of a valid South African identity document, passport or document of proof of South African residency.
  3. Any director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Promoter, the marketing service providers or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members may not enter or participate in this promotional competition and will automatically be disqualified upon entry.
  4. Competition entrants must follow the correct mechanics of entry as stipulated on the competition collateral to qualify.
  5. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, undelivered or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, but not limited to, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or terminate the competition at any time and without notice to the Participants.
  7. Winners will be selected at random and the promoter’s decision is final.
  8. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
  9. Prize must be claimed within 1 month of winner announcement.
  10. Winners may only redeem their prizes from Park Boulevard, and prizes will not be swapped out for cash in the instances where the winner chooses not to or can’t redeem their prize directly from the Centre.
  11. Entrant agrees to take part in any marketing activities associated with the promotion including use of names in winner announcements.
  12. All decisions made by Park Boulevard regarding the promotion, the winners or the prizes are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. The winners will be notified via the Centre’s social media (Facebook or Instagram) pages, as well as via call or direct text message. In the event of the Promoter not being able to contact the winners, the Promoter reserves the right to draw again.
  14. In the event of any act of God, strike, war, warlike operation, rebellion, riot, civil commotion, lockout, combination of workmen, interference of trade unions, suspension of labour, fire, accident, or (without regard to the foregoing enumeration) of any circumstances arising or action taken beyond or outside the reasonable control of the Promoter preventing them from the performance of any obligation to an entrant (any such event hereinafter called “Force Majeure”) then the Promoter shall be relieved of all such obligations to the entrant during the period that such Force Majeure continues and shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance of any obligations or loss or damage which the entrant may suffer due to or resulting from the Force Majeure.
